Odisha Government declared that Old people above age of 80 years will get Rs. 500 as Old age pension instead of Rs. 200 which was earlier amount of pension. Radio Namaskar team received a complaint from Natabara Bhoi aged 82 years, resident of Kantapada village of Kuanpada GP that he is not getting the increased amount of pension since its implementation. Then Radio Namaskar made a programme on the revised rules and facilities of this scheme with involving the concerned Govt. officials. After that the Block officials immediately took action and released the increased amount of pension to Natabara along with the due amount too. Not only Natabara 13 old people who were facing the same problems now got solution to their problem. They all thanked to Radio Namaskar team.
