Gurubari Mallik, aged 65 years, resident of Karamanga village under Konark NAC. She had given an application for Old Age Pension and visited to NAC office so many times. But she faced ignorance always and didn’t get the pension. Her husband is patient who was unable to work for their livelihood. Realizing the worst condition of Gurubari, Radio Namaskar broadcast her interview where she is telling her problems. After broadcasting of her interview local counselor Mr. Narahari Sethi came forward to assist her. After the initiative of Radio Namaskar, Gurubari got Rs 1600 as a time as her pension and now she is getting pension regularly. She thanked to Radio Namaskar team for the support.
